Summaries

As Gron, Ned, and Bet rehearse a play for their local amateur dramatic society, directed by Erasmus the chapel preacher, Megan volunteers to take charge of Ned's annual sheep sheering. But she cunningly conspires with Evan, her grandfather, to swap their sheep for Ned's, and decides to make some extra money by entertaining the sheerer's in Ned's bedroom and charging them for her time.
